Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order on our site, please allow up to 2 days for us to confirm it.
  • Order Processing: Once confirmed, your order will be processed within 2 to 4 days.
  • Shipping: After processing, your order will be dispatched through our shipping partner. Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 days, depending on your location.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it. You can initiate the cancellation by emailing us at pehrinbytwoparammitras@gmail.com.

Please note that a 4% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for eligible cancellations due to payment gateway charges.

Return & Refund Information

We do not offer cash refunds. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing or product defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Condition of the Item: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

If a return is authorized, the product must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Once received and verified, we will offer either a replacement or store credit.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the case of manufacturing or product defects.

  • Defective or damaged products must be reported within 12 hours of delivery via email at pehrinbytwoparammitras@gmail.com.
  • To complete an exchange, a new order must be placed on our website.
  • Any approved store credit can be applied toward your new purchase.

Return Process
